Privacy Policy

How TrafficShield collects, uses and protects data — for our customers and for the visitors whose traffic we analyse.

Last updated: September 2026. This is a general summary and not legal advice; please review with your own counsel before relying on it.

What we collect

For accounts: your name, email, and billing details (billing is processed by Stripe; we never store full card numbers). For traffic analysis: technical signals about visits to sites running our snippet — including IP address, device and browser characteristics, and on-page behaviour used to score traffic for fraud. Demo requests: the details you submit on the demo form.

How we use it

Account data runs your subscription and support. Traffic signals are used solely to detect and block invalid traffic, generate your reports, and improve detection accuracy. We do not sell personal data.

Data sharing

We share data only with processors that run the service (for example, hosting, and Stripe for payments), when required by law, and — at your instruction — with the ad platforms you connect, to sync exclusions.

Retention

Traffic records are retained for the period needed to provide reporting and refund evidence, then aggregated or deleted. You can request deletion of your account data at any time.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Email support@trafficshield.ai and we'll help.
